Head - Don Post Cantina Band Member Mask
Hands - Don Post Cantina Band Member hands
Shirt - Black turtle neck shirt
Pants - Grey work pants
Boots - Black vinyl, black cloth tape, pop rivets, black shoes or boots
Kloo Horn - PVC pipe sizes 1.5" 1" and .5", 2 feet of hose with an outside diameter of half an inch, primer, silver spray paint, screws, black Sharpy laundry marker
Horn - Black funnel, white plastic clothes hanger, pop rivets

This is fun. The Don Post mask has a foam thing in the head to help it maintain its shape, but is requires some fixing. In my mask, there was too much foam so I had to trim it with scissors.

Kloo Horn:
Use a black colored length of 1.5" PVC pipe for the main part of the horn. Cut it to56 cm (22") Sand it with 600 grit sandpaper so the paint will stickbetter.

Mask off the black parts, primer it and then paint it with the silver spray paint.

Cut the 1" PVC pipe to 10 cm (4"), and cut the .5" PVC pipe to 8 cm(3"). Primer them both and spray them silver. After they dry, draw in details with the black Sharpy marker.
Attach the pipes together with a couple of screws. Leave about 4 cm (1.5") of the 1" PVC pipe exposed on either end. Leave about the same amount exposed of the .5" PVC pipe.
Confused?

Stick the hose into the top of the horn and attach it with a screw. Black hose is recommended, but I didn't have any.
I also added a few buttons from a broken phone to add a little detail.

Funnel-Horn:
This was a fun 5 minute project. I found a black funnel in the automotive section of my favorite hardware store. I added a piece of white plastic clothes hanger by attaching it with screws. I also added some button looking things with pop rivets.

Figrin D'an and the Modal Nodes is a fictional band from George Lucas's science fiction saga Star Wars. The group first appeared in the film Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope (1977) and were depicted as aliens with dome-shaped heads and round, black eyes called Biths. They are seen in the Mos Eisley Cantina sequence. The band is also featured in the short story "We Don't Do Weddings: The Band's Tale" by Kathy Tyers in the anthology Tales from the Mos Eisley Cantina (1995).

The band is made up of seven members, all Bith from the planet Clak'dor VII. The leader of the band is Figrin D'an, an expert gambler who takes care of himself by paying off debts with performances and tries to keep the members of his band out of trouble also. He especially loves the game of Sabacc and Glitterstim Spice.

The band was popular across the galaxy during the Clone Wars, touring the frontlines and entertaining Republican soldiers. By the time Luke Skywalker reached adulthood, however, they were reduced to playing in seedy cantinas for a living. Only six of the members were playing when Luke Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi walked into the Cantina. Lirin Car'n sat out during the performance, because he was not needed.
